Is kitaab ke pesh lafz [foreword] mein in umoor ko waazi’ kiya gaya ke usool-e-shariat [Islami Qanoon] mukammil taur par hatami, qata’ee aur yaqinee (ultimate) ilm hai. Is ilm mein zan-o-gumaan (Presumption) ka zara bhi dakhal nahi hai. Is ka har usool, har qaaeda aur har nazriya be-shumaar dalaae’l aur shawaahed ke isteqraa-e-taam (Qur’an-o-Sunnat) se yaqeen ki aakhri had tak saabit shudah (Proved) hai. Yeh naqs-o-rafa’ (breach and eradication) ke har ehtemaale (likelihood) se mubar(free) aur tarmeem-o-tagayyur (Modification) ke har imkaan se maawara (beyond) hai. Aimma-e-Fiqha ke Minhaaj [trail] aur ishtehaad [interpretation] ki no’eeat[nature] ikhtelaaf [conflict] ki nahi balke wasa’t aur jaami’at (Large scope of adoptability) ka aainaa [flawless approach] hai. Waaz’i ho ke dawaam-e-eksaaniat (Uniformity) ki khoobian [excellence] sirf islaami qanoon mein paayi jaati hain.
Is kitaab ke muqaddame [preface] mein usool-e-fiqa se mutaa’laq ehkaam [regulations] ki wazaahat [clarity] aur fawaaed, usool-e-fiqa ki baaqaaeda[systematic] tadween [compilation], asaalib-e-usool-e-fiqa [Modes of fiqh], Ikhtelaaf-e-aimma [Divergent views of aimma], Mushtahideen ki aqsaam aur darjaat [rank and status of interpreters of Islamic law] par mukhtasar magar jaami’ roshni daali gayi hai.
Is kitaab ke hisse awwal [part-1] mein islaami tasawwur-e-qanoon [concept of law] ka jadwal [flowchart] bhi hai. Fiqha-e-Islaamiya mein ehkaam-e-shariah ka pehla maakhiz [source] aur sar-chashma [basis] Kitaabullah[Qur’an] hone se mutaa’liqa [related] umoor [authoritative dispositions] aur Fiqha-e-islaamiya mein ehkaam-e-shariah ka doosra maakhiz baa’d qur’an, Sunnat-e-Rasool r (Ahadith-e-Nabwi) hone se mutaa’laq umoor, khilaafat / Amaarat [vicegerancy], Ajmaa’[consensus] aur qayaas [Analogy] par mudallil behs ki gayi hai.

Mukhtasar yeh ke, is kitaab mein woh sab kuch ba husn-e-khoobi maujood hai jo ek taalib-e-ilm-e-Fiqh-o-fan-e-Fiqha ke liye mufeed hain.
